Chromosomes and genes are a funny thing and unless you get a genetic scientist involved I don't think there is too much you can do to suggest what gender you will have. It is sort of like twins. A lot of it has to do with the couple and their past parents. If a woman is from a family of 5 girls and a guy is from a family of 1 male and 2 females, it is more likely for him to sire females, but there are still a lot of things to take into consideration. I think it boils down to just be happy you get a healthy one.
