Hairy arms and legs.?

I have hairy arms and legs and I hate them!!! Some kids at school tease me and sometimes it actually gets me upset! I dont wanna shave because everytime you shave the hair grows back more quickly and even more hair grows back everytime and I dont wanna wax because once I did it and it hurt soooo bad! And using thoses lotions or sprays are kinda like shaving so what should I do? I wanna wear a skirt and feel beautiful because I feel ugly when I have hairly legs and arms and sometimes Im even embarressed to wear a short slived shirt or a skirt or shorts! HELP!!

I am the same way. But i don't care about my arms anymore, a lot of people are like this too. It really isn't that beig of a deal.. I used to think it was until i realized how dumb it is to waste my time worrying about those little things. But I definitly shave my legs. That is a must! I know it can be annoying but its like anything else and you get used to it after a while. But I'm not really sure what you can do about your arms, I think they make like bleaching which just lighens the color so it isnt as noticable. That might be the best thing. DO NOT shave your arms it will grow back disgusting and darker and hairier. Idk what else.

its okay because i also have hairy arms and legs but i shave mi legs about once a week but i leave mi arms alone....if anybody teases you then ignore them or says "i see your nose hair though lol" or you can juss wear jackets or wear thin long sleeve shirts but juss be ur self!

Stick with the waxing darl. It hurts less and less each time. The hair gets softer and easier to pull out and less of it grows back each time. I was doing it fortnightly at the beginning and now its about every 6 to 8 weeks and there is very little hair to wax out.

omg! just shave you legs they dint grow that fast its better having nice shiny legs then nasty hairy legs! dont be lazy,just remember every time you take a shower shave your legs.

I used to be teased at school also, and my parents said I was too young to wax/shave but one day I was teased so bad I went home and shaved my arms, and loved how clean they looked.

I've tried creams, lotions, waxing, sugaring, epilating and shaving and found epilation and sugaring most painful. Lotions and creams work, but it's a very messy job and by the end of it you're fed up with the smell and there's always patches left which you might end up shaving!

You get used to the pain when you wax, just take 2 painkillers before your appointment - advantage, smooth silky skin, disadvantage - you have to wait for your hair to grow a certain length before you can wax it again, so during that time you might not want to wear a skirt or sleeveless top.

I shave now, purely coz it's convenient, faster and cheaper! I'd wax if I could afford to keep up with all those appointments, but with shaving I know I can be hair-free whenever I want, no waiting for hair to grow to go and wax it.

I've been shaving my arms and legs for more than 3 years now and NO the hair on my arms does not come back thicker. You could shave your arms and use a moisturiser with oatmeal in it which naturally makes hair grow back thinner.

um.. the only solution i can think of is wear leggings/stockings.. something that will make your hair less noticeable.

The other option is.. use the Nair Hair Remover.. that works wonders and its painless. Wax works also but that hurts just a teeny bit. And you're right.. shaving does make the hair grow back faster sometimes.
