THANK YOU!

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

OMgoodness, you are totally precious!

Just be yourself, hun, you will do just fine.

always remember to be a friend first. Don't wait for people to come to you.

Use common sense when deciding who you want to hang out with.

You will get a supply list, so don't worry about that. On the things you are allowed freedom on, pick some things you like: binder covers, colorful pencil designs, things like that.

Hair and clothing? A new haircut will probably make you feel great and will signal a new beginning for you, so go for it. And as far as your dress and makeup, be yourself, do not try to be something you are not.

But judging from your question and the personality that comes through, you are going to be successful, no matter what you do, so make the best of this situation and enjoy yourself, you'll do just fine. ;)

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

Run man Run

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

just be yourself and dont try to copy :D

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

Easy, easy and please take it easy lay back relax and be ur self as much as possible.Forget everything or clear ur mind . Remember lay back be cool. And us black slang it might work but it depend in where u live and wat type of people is inside ur school.

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

Relax, BE YOURSELF, do not rush any friendship, do not copy anybody else behaviour, stick to what your home school teachers told you is right and wrong, do not use drugs or smoke or drink, regardless everybody else do that, and focus on studying and learning a lot, do not let the bad behavoir of your friends-to-be take you away from your focus.

By the way, are you a girl or a boy?

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

Well bless your heart dahlin',

You sound just precious! You'll do fine, just be yourself.

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

haha, cute. that exact thing happened to me. don't worry, i ended up fine, and by the time i got to high school, i was actually pretty popular.

i would suggest joining some clubs and getting to know people.

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

Don't be too outspoken, like don't just walk up to someone and be like "Hi! What's you name?" Just kina roll with it. Maybe just give them a small wave or smile.

Don't try to dress all cool, dress how you want others to view you as, in school everyones quick to put labels on you.

Supplies, you should be given a list, but if not....

A three ring binder

Pencils

Pens

Folders

White lined paper

Notebooks

Sharpener

Tips:

Don't be too much of a teachers pet

Don't worry about what others think of you

Don't try to fit in with the wrong crowds

Don't get in other's ways

Try to have fun

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

OHHH!! Just be yourself. I agree with many of the answers.

Stay strong with what you believe!! There is pressure out there to do things that you may not want to do. You probably don't need make up. If you want to, maybe just lip gloss and a bit of blush. Don't try for the 'heavy makeup' look because that will make you more attractive to the wrong crowds. Don't worry about the grades. Just do your best %26amp; you'll be okay. BE YOURSELF and you will find friends like yourself.

See if there are kids in 4H or Girl Scouts that go to the school you are going to. They might be the kind of kids you want to get to know, since you ride horses. Maybe you could even do that this summer yet!! (Don't jump in to any friendships, but you could ask them how the kids dress and such) Maybe there are others who have homeschooled and now are going to that school.

My daughter and neice are 12!! I homeschool, but my neice is in school and she is into horses, too!!

You seem like a neat, interesting person and I wish you all the best!!

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

Get some referrals to some recommended hair stylists then go talk to one about your hair. Only a decent hair stylist who can see the shape of your face, the type of hair you have, etc., will be able to give you a proper recommendation for a haircut.

I need your help!! (ADVICE!!!)?

Just be yourself and don't change your hairstyle, clothes, etc. unless its really because you like the other style better, not just to be like everyone else.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

Ok, here is what happened....

Last weekend I treated my daughters head for lice.I thought I had got all the eggs out. Well she is in V-PK at a very posh daycare. (All the rich people i this town take they kids there) Well Wed. I got a call about an hour after she had been there and they told me that they had found eggs in her hair and we had to come get here. No big deal! I completely understood. Well I am an complete bedrest bercause I am pregnant, so my parents are here taking care of my two kids. So my mom goes to get here, (my mom has not been there before), they asked her when she came through the door, who she was there for, so she told them rher name and they lady told my mom that her class was out on the playground to get her form there. So my mom goes out there and as soon as she opened the door, my daughter was sitting in the dirt(there where chairs by her, but she was made to sit on the dirt). My mom looked at her and asked her what was wrong and she said that she was in

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

ok you need to write more about it. since my daughetr is in daycare im guessing your about to say she was in confinement away from playing with the other kids.

she shouldnt have to be in the dirt if she was punished. the daycare my daughter goes to puts the kids hair up in a ponytail, (in rubber elastics i hate since its ripping her hair out when i have to take them out) but i cant argue.

if she was punished for haveing eggs in her hair that doesnt make sence. if she was there playing without being punished it is kind of crule to signal out 1 kid.

tip for next time: i use flea shampoo to get rid of lice. because its made for cats and dogs it washes out the eggs without needing to comb threw for them. comb threw anyways just to make sure, but generally its not needed. and dont let the fact that its for flees and not lice fool you. they are both mites and since lice are becomeing immune to lice shampoo the flea shampoo works, and the lice arent immune to it. also no waiting 10-15 min with the solusion in her hair.

i feel for you for the embarasment though. its why i dont bring my daughter to my cusins house any longer. seems thats where she kept getting it from.

well i finshed reading the question since it was compleated so just editing. the daycare didnt have to make her feel punished for it. they could have put her to the side fine. give her something to play with great but dont punish her for something she couldnt controle. ide look at them and tell them to punish me as the parent for not being sure they were all gone. not the kid. wel i gave a sugestion for if lice happens again it does work. lice products took me 3 weeks to fully get rid of lice with the flee shampoo, wash the bedcloths, and bag the stuffys for 2 weeks and the lice problem is gone in 1 night.

wish you luck though that is a hard thing to deal with for everyone involved.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

Wheres the rest of the question?

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

you did not finish the ? I would be glad to answer if I knew the ? you need to get on the phone and speak to someone in charge and see if this can get taken care of . head lice can be a pain and you should take your daughter outside on the porch and look in the sunlight and see if you see any eggs . you must get rid of all the eggs in order to get rid of the lice. as for the school they were just wrong . and tell; that skank that looked at your mom that way to go blow her hollier than thou horn .

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

Trouble?????

If so you need to talk to the school..lice is a pain in the butt...

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

I would need you to complete that question so we can answer it;)

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

She was in?

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

They were probably trying to keep her away from the other kids, but I think they handled it the wrong way.

They made your daughter feel like she was in trouble for having lice and that's totally wrong. No big deal that she has it--most kids get it at one point or another. But you don't tell a preschooler she is in "time out" because she has lice.

Ya know what? It's just preschool. Pull her out. I would be furious if someone made my child feel that bad just because she had lice.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

Hmmm... this is a hard one.

I can understand the point from the school about wanting to keep the lice contained, but they should have not treated your daughter like that and made her feel that she was in trouble because she had lice. It is a thing that kids go through. I think they were out of line BIG TIME. Lice is something that happens to children, it is not a reason to make the child sit in the dirt. I would call the school and talk to someone about it.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

OK we've been through the headlice thing, years ago with my oldest daughter and last week with my youngest. I've never heard of a child being singled out like that. Bedrest or not you should say something, your mother should have said something. Grown women, teachers no less, should not be allowed to treat a child like that, who cares if all the rich people take their kids there, I'd be moving.

That aggravates me to no end!

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

id sue them it sounds like child care neglect making her sit in the dirt was completely unnessasary!

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

Your daughters school did handle it wrong. They are in no way supposed to exclude the child and mae him/her feel different. I attend a high school, and we currently have a staph infection in two of our students. Noone nows who the students are, and its good that its kept that way. The students are taking antibiotics and everything. But if the pincipal released the names, imagine the dirtty loos theyd gegt in the hallway. This is STAPH, a deadly disease. They should not be doing this about lice. And shes only a little kid! not right at all.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

The fact that the school seperated your daughter from the other students is understandable, and the comment about checking her before she could be readmitted is also understandable...but the way they did it, by making your daughter feel as though she was being punished and ostracized by everyone was over the top and unacceptable and I think that you should lodge a complaint as to how the situation was handled by the school.

In the meantime, give your daughter a huge hug and tell her that Mommy loves her very much and she did nothing wrong and she should not have been punished for "being sick".

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

No, I do not think you are over-reacting. The way the daycare treated your daughter was terrible. Border-line emotional abuse. They should know better.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

omg there only nits they should not have singled her out like that!

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

That was terrible!

i would make an appointment to see the headmaster/headmistress about this!

no child should be put in timeout because they have headlice!

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

If this is in the high-rent district, (my son goes to such a school) then something's amiss.

1. Yes, sounds like you've taken full responsibility and understand the lice-at-school thing. Don't let this happen again.

2. Not sure why they would put her in time-out. This sounds like an over-reaction on their part. Maybe they were trying to send you a message through your daughter (if true, not a good way to handle this)

3. They should NEVER have let her out with your mother. This is a serious procedure mistake (you said they didn't check the list, right?) Part of that process is broken, and you should say so.

4. It was also rude for them to essentially ignore your mother, or look down their noses at her .This too seems unnecessary.

Bottom line: you are NOT over-reacting. If they treated my mother this way, I'd schedule a meeting with the director, where I'd admit that I should have been more diligent and apologize for the lice eggs. But I ask about the exit process. How could your daughter leave without checking the list? I'd be a broken record here: keep hammering them on this point. Be persistant, take no BS answer from them. And the overall rudeness to your mother? Mention this, but don't make a big deal out of it. Sitting in the dirt. Ask them if this is part of their normal procedure, cuz is seems strange to you. Get a good explanation.

And the poster above is right: they'll NEVER love you child as much as you will.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

Don't you shampoo her hair? I don't now anyone who has had lince or have heard of anyone..just get rid of it and send her to another school

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

I agree. They handled it in the wrong way. I understand seperating her from the children, but making her feel like she was in trouble and did something wrong, is a little over the top.

I had lice in kindergarten. I didn't go to school until it was treated, but if that ever happened to me, my dad would have raised all kinds of hell with the principal AND teachers. and he would have won too. He raised hell a couple of times (over some other things they did) and ended up getting all kinds of apologies.

I agree. Take her out. It's just preschool, and you can always find another one.

Good luck.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

I think it was completely handled inappropriately.

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

I think this school is trash. There's a list of things not handled properly, the most dangerous of which was letting your "bug-ridden" child go out the door without ever checking an ID. The behavior you described is disgraceful. Hopefully the second time will be the charm - best of luck in choosing your next school for her.

And congrats on the pending arrival. :)

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

I think the way they handled the situation was completely wrong. First of all, they should have NEVER put her in "time-out", it's not her fault she has lice! Poor child! Second of all, the fact that they just allowed your mom to pick her up without even verifying that it was okay, is also wrong! If I were in your shoes, I would definitely call and COMPLAIN!! That is terrible!!! Also, changing her school is a good idea! I'm a liberal studies major, and I'm learning on how to deal with such things, and what they did is exactly what they advice us NOT to do!! Gosh, some teachers really need to go to better schools!!!

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

Bottom line is: They were wrong in how they treated your daughter and you are right in removing her from the school. They were probably more concerned over how all of the rich parents were going to react than they were about the children. I am sorry that your daughter had to go through that!

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

if they sat her on a chair she might lean her head back on the chair and get eggs on it which will spread them to other kids who sit there and what rude comments did they say? also get ready for this in the future because when i was in elemantary school, the teachers treated me and all the other middle class and poor kids like **** and our parents too. sometimes they would put us in timeout without telling us why. they would always favor the rich kids and now that im 16 i dont like anyone that works in schools (even if they are nice) just because of how bad i was treated in elemantary school

Do you think I am overreacting for thinking my daughters school handled this wrong?

I think I see where this is going. Listen if you think ANY daycare is going to treat your child like you would, you and the entire world is sadly mistaken. The childcare providers usually don't get much more than minimum wage and have absolutly no emotional attachment to your little Timmy or Susie. I don't give a rip if all the rich folks send their kids there. Your little bundle of joy is but a line on their income statement. One of these days, parents are going to wake up and begin to raise what they produce and they will finally get children who don't misbehave because they are striving for any kind of communication, whether good or bad. It is a shame moms and dads don't see what they are doing to this generation. The problem is, by the time they figure it out it will be too late. Oh and by the way this single mother garbage doesn't fly either. Get married or keep your knees together. And prosecute the deadbeat dads.

EDIT:

Don't you get it? Your kids are not special to anyone but you! They don't care! No matter how good you think they are.

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

is it right for children as young as four to be expected to look fashionable and wear the same kind of clothes that adults do? when i say this i mean mini skirts, halter tops and things like that.

should we expect out kids to look perfect and not have a hair out of place? surely this will eventually have a consequence on the child at a later age with regards to body image,

i saw something on tv about a salon in LA where children as young as two were getting their hair dyed and nails manicured,

surely this is wrong and just encouraging our kids to grow up too quickly

If you are one of these parent that do dress their kids up like mini adults please comment i am interested to find out why this is happening

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

I think some parents are expecting way to much from their children. Children are suppose to run, jump, get dirty, and just have fun. I also think there is to much put in the heads of children that they have to be the best instead of just trying their best and having fun when playing sports. I think when children really play together it helps them develope skills that will help them later on in life.

And why not just love the children for being children. They are NOT little adults.

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

Nope, let kids be kids, let them keep their innocence.

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

I think its unfair on the child. The can't even run around and play properly because they're so dressed up. I've seen little 4 year olds on high heels. What kind of damage is that going to cause in later life!

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

I find it very disturbing to see young children (%26lt;13) dressed in revealing clothes. I can only imagine that the paedophiles are having a field day.

The whole point of revealing clothes is to look 'sexy' and attractive to the opposite sex - and at that age, it just isn't right.

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

no.

i think its making them grow up 2 soon.

let kids be kids.

if they are in secondary school then fair enough

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

NOOOO You're so right! Gosh I once saw this little girl with a shirt on that said 'Cute %26amp; Single' I was disgusted.

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

No i don't think they should! Specially not get manicures and there hair dyed!

They can wear clothes and stuff though!

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

Kids nowadays are not allowed to be kids. They should be allowed to play not act has minature adults.

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

I quite agree, my mum used to dress my sister and I in jeans, dungarees, and hand me downs from my two boy cousins to go out and play, we used to play in the fields and and old disused train station, so the clothes used to get wrecked, not that we cared about what we looked like. I didn't actually become interested in what I was wearing till I was about 15, my sister at about 13. I don't like seeing little kids with ear piercings and designer clothes, it does contribute to the loss of innocence, along with the fact that everyone is too scared to let their kids out of their sight now. So instead of getting to disappear all day and play, kids nowadays are dressed up in these daft clothes and plonked infront of the tv or computer, allowed out in the garden to play at best.... "don't get your gucci trousers alll dirty now!"

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

We live in a time when people do what is best in their own eyes. For some it is right and for others it is wrong. Personally, I think it is an ego problem.

Should young children be dressed the same as adults?

When I wiz wee, I played in the street with ma pals. We used tae get really manky in the muck. I think that kiddies today should be able tae huv a great time in their wee togs withoot getting a roasting frae their folks. If ye want tae kit oot the wee yins in designer gear fur effect, then ye huv tae make sure that they huv some chill oot time outwith yer fancy ideas.!!!

What to do if you are dating a guy who has a crazy ex?

The guy I'm dating now is divorced and he has two kids. His ex wife still loves him and before he started dating me she always thought they were getting back together but he's pretty serious with me now though. Now she's always showing up when we are out and when she picks up the kids every other weekend she gets upset because I'm at his house and asking all kinds of personal questions like did I spend the night when they were there and things like that. I've been dealing with things like this for the past two months but recently she threw a brick threw my apartment window (I'm not 100% sure it was her but my neighbor said she saw a woman with curly brown hair in a white SUV and that sounds like her) My mom says she's never gonig away so I should break it off with him but I love him and I think he's the one, if you know what I mean. what should I do?

What to do if you are dating a guy who has a crazy ex?

Well your mom is partly right, she isn't going away since they have kids together. Next you should file a police report for the brick even if you;re not sure it was her. You can at least let the police know that you think it could be her.

Now for her asking the personal questions, if she is asking your boyfriend HE needs to tell her its none of her business and to be extremly firm with her. If she is asking you the questions you need to say its none of her business, and just walk away.

What to do if you are dating a guy who has a crazy ex?

Kick her a**. I wouldn't put up with this.

What to do if you are dating a guy who has a crazy ex?

PRAY!!!!!!!

What to do if you are dating a guy who has a crazy ex?

i agree with your Mom - she is never going away, she isn't likely to change.

You have to decide what you are willing to put up with to stay with this guy.

My best advice? Write Dr. Phil for help.

Best Scarecrow idea?

i will be dressed as a scarecrow on my porch, to scare kids when they come for candy. Any ideas to make my head (face, hair, hat etc) look like a mannequin and not a human? I have my body work figured out, but mom wants a bag over my head, so what works best?

Best Scarecrow idea?

Heavy make up. Like a drugstore brand that is several shades lighter than your skin color. Make sure all your skin is the same color. Glue the yarn hair into a big wide brim straw hat. Or find a bunch of yarn close to your hair color so that it makes the rest of your hair look like yarn as well. A large hat will shade your eyes so they wont be able to see them if you blink or are looking at them. Black lipstick so it looks like you have drawn on lips. Just put the black lipstick on your bottom lip and try to put the makeup on your top lip so it doesnt show.

I've never seen a scarecrow with a bag over its head.

Name this movie for me please?

OK here's as much as I remember.

1. A kid moves from California to live with his family in Wisconsin I think. His cousin is played by Seth Green.

2. The popular kids at school don't like him...one guy in particular....but the guy's sister does like him!

3. He's really good at rollerblading.

4. In the end he helps them beat a rival group in a rollerblading competition.

5. Also in the movie, he plays in a hockey game with them.

6. Also Seth green has long hair in this movie, and he tries to be good at rollerblading but he sucks.

7. The main character always calls other guys "bras" instead of "bros"

Name this movie for me please?

That is the unforgettable movie called "Airborne." I saw this movie a million times as a kid. I had a little crush on the lead actor.

Name this movie for me please?

yeah it was airborne it had Jack Black in it...

How does pregnancy affect the mother when she has Alopecia Areata?

I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata about a year and a half ago. It is mostly under control. I regrew all the hair after my first episode. I didn't have another episode until a few months ago and it happened after a very stressful event in my family. The hair is now regrowing again. I've only had two episodes. I have two kids ages 12 and 7. I am thinking about having another child and wonder if my Alopecia Areata will be worse, the same or completely unaffected by pregnancy?

How does pregnancy affect the mother when she has Alopecia Areata?

I have had alopecia for 23 years (i am now 28 years old), in all its forms, but have leveled out at alopecia totalis for the last 15 years or so of it. (just loss of hair on scalp)

While i was pregnant with my twins (who have no sign of alopecia) my condition did not change, but *after* i had them, with hormones and body trying to regulate themselves to pre-pregnancy levels, for the first time since i was in 4th grade, I lost my eyelashes and eyebrows. (i'd forgotten how different my face looked without them!)

I hadn't gone to the doctor for my alopecia since i was in gradeschool, but decided to go this time. He gave me prednisone (sp?) a type of steriod commonly used to treat alopecia and I hated it.

The eyelashes and eyebrows grew back within a couple weeks. I think they would have done so with or without the sterioid.

So to make a long, rambling story short...there were some short term effects, but everything went back to normal (normal for me, anyway) after a couple weeks. I think is just took some time for my body to adjust to not being pregnant anymore.

Everyone reacts differently to different things, and alopecia is a completely unpredictable disease. It may not change at all, or may even get better. This was just my experience.

Should I be concerned?

My son has some strange habits! The weirdest one? He likes to try to EAT my hair! When we are playing, or whenever he can get his hands on it (not hard, my hair is very long), he puts it in his mouth and tries to chew on it! And if he doesn't get the end, he bites at the back of my head to get at the hair! Also, I know toddlers like to put things in their mouth, but my son also likes to bite mine or my husband's hands and arms, and sometimes he will lick my arm and has even tried to suck on it before! He did the same thing to my face, he was giving me a bedtime kiss on the cheek and sucked on my cheekbone! I was like what in the world, and he started laughing, thought it was hilarious! The last thing is he intentionally bumps his head on things! I'm so worried he'll actually hurt himself! Are these things normal? I've asked some of my friends if their kids ever did it, and they haven't had these issues.. opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Should I be concerned?

These habits are not that out of the ordinary. Most of them are kind of a game to him plus he is also using it as a way to show affection. I have seen a lot of kids try to eat hair and bang their heads on things. When my two year old daughter gets worked up playing she will head but me and even slaps her own face. The only thing I would try to curtail would be the biting. Ever time he tries it, stop look him in the eye and sternly tell him "We don't bite." And depending on his age (if he is over 2) tell him that biting will land him in naughty time. It you properly address the biting these other actions will slow down as well.

As for the head banging, I seriously doubt he will do it hard enough to cause any permant damage. Eventually he will give himself some minor pain or a bruise or two and figure out on his own not to do it. If you react in a panic every time he does it he is realizing he is getting extra attention with it. I would ignore it or casually tell him that he is going to hurt himself if he keeps doing it. But act relatively unconcerned.

Should I be concerned?

I have two children and I did not have these problems with either of them. If you really are concerned, ask his pediatrician.

Should I be concerned?

well i dont know about the eating of the hair, but of course kids like to put everything in their mouths,,but my son is 14 mos and loves to bang his head on the wall, i think he likes the sound. all i can do is make him stop, because he doesnt understand that it could be harmful..check with the dr.

Normal to feel shabby and sloppy when you have a baby?

I am a single mom of 2 kids (7years old and 4 3/4 month old). I am nurising and my bra is always popping open or I am opening up to nurse. The baby is awake more than my daughter was, so I am busier. Than the dog, and my daughter and the house needs to be clean cause I'm picky... I am happy. I adore my kids... but I am busy and my family doesn't help. I am NOT complaining, I am trying to explain how I feel totally non-sexy. I am busy and I do my makeup sometimes still, but even when I don't... guys still stare at me or are noticilbely not noticing me so I guess I am still pretty. But I don't feel it. My hair is not parted anymore. I dress casual. I don't know when I will ever find time for a sex again as I dont' have a man. I live in an isolated place, so I dont' dress up alot... I dont' know. I feel shabby! Just PLAIN. Is this normal after having a baby? I am not depressed, I am just plain. Milk machine, strech marks, extra wieght and to busy to feel sexy.

Normal to feel shabby and sloppy when you have a baby?

find a SIMPLE routine for yourself in the morning and at night. I would wash up, brush teeth, and moisturize before I passed out in bed. And each morning I would shower (got up before the baby if I had to) and get a little fixed up.....nothing extravagent. Just foundation, a tad of eyeliner in the outer corners only, and one coat of mascara. I did that every day so I felt really good. I would pull the front of my hair back rather than put it in a frumpy bun (which I felt like doing)I wore things I was comfortable in....cute stretchy pants that were slighly more stylish that sweats. T-shirts with favorite bands on them. I kept clean and dressed okay. Not dressed up at ALL, but in clothes I was not embarassed to be in.

Normal to feel shabby and sloppy when you have a baby?

I was shabby and sloppy before I got my wife pregnant ... no reason to change now .....

Normal to feel shabby and sloppy when you have a baby?

yes this is def. normal. it sounds like you need to have some alone time once in a while even though thats so diff. now that we have kids.. good luck!!

Normal to feel shabby and sloppy when you have a baby?

This too shall pass!! You will get your mojo back - give yourself time. Sexy is not hair and makeup - it starts in the brain, how you feel about yourself. Add the other stuff - the hair and makeup and clothes, when you can. But don't stress over it. We can not all be the mom who ran marathon 9 months after the baby was born! However - you do need to take time for yourself once in awhile, or you are going to burn out. Especially being a single mom. Take time to breathe. You can do this.

Normal to feel shabby and sloppy when you have a baby?

your last line just about sums it up for me too...

I just had my baby 11 days ago, and even though I know it is still early, I feel just that way. I have 2 other kids too ages 7 %26amp; 9 and I think that they explode when they come home from school. I have to clean up after them and every hour have to get the boobs out for another feeding... Mommy its what's for dinner... I barly have time to take a shower now. And then I look at my husband lying on the couch or sound asleep next to me at 4 am when I'm up AGAIN... I just want to hit him or yell can't you do something... I LOVE my kids soooo much , but I would love to be able to curl my hair again, or wear a size 10 again... So I think you are absolutly normal...

Normal to feel shabby and sloppy when you have a baby?

Yoa, hold on now. Lets take a deep breath, walk to a mirror and tell yourselve that you are beautiful. And then, sit down and MAKE a way for you to get back to your old self. Deep down in, lies that beauty of a women thats once was. You might be suffering from post pardom depression. Which is common amongst mothers who have just had a child. Which is treatable with doctors supervision. But I feel you dont need a doctor. Try and get a grandparent to watch the kids for a day or two. Call some friends and go have a little fun. But from here on out, you are to start changing yourself right now. What got you here, wont get you there. You make the choice, and your inner self will make the change. start telling yourself every day these things. make time to make yourself feel women again. Go out and buy some weights and start doing little workouts at home while your 4 month old sleeps or is in her play pin. This only takes thirty minutes a day. Go walking with her. Im hoping that your 7 year old goes to school. So you know that you have time. Its getting off your butt and doing. Forget about sex. When you start feeling good inside, then the outside will do the rest. There is nothing wrong with PLAIN. Like I sayed, start right now telling yourself that you are beautiful. Every morning that you get up, have goals set for yourself. And go get them. Aim high girl. And you better let me know how its going.

Have fun.

Normal to feel shabby and sloppy when you have a baby?

oh i know how you feel... before i got pregnant.. i wore make- up all the time.. my hair was always done ... clothes matched and ironed... i look great for the world... after my daughter.. i could care less about make-up .. i wear sweat pants... lucky if my socks match.. LOL... i am a stay at home mom.. so no one but the hubbie sees how i look.. but sometimes i pass myself in the mirror and am like holy crud what have i become!!!!! my daughter is now 14 months and i have gotten better.. i dont wear as much make up cause i am at home. but when we got out even with my daughter i try and look nice... things get better...

you need to ask you family for help.. and it seems like you need some one to talk to other then little people... is there anyone who you can talk to?

-i'm from western romania (oradea), it's pretty hot this time of year, becuz it's summer

-i hope these details are enough, so plzzz help me..thx :)

Listen kid.. Try this

Cut a piece of onion and leamon. Make a juice of it andapply it to ur hair, with a tooth brush. Keep it for 1 hour. Then wash it off with a dandruff shampoo, head and shoulder is good. Do this two times keepin 1 day in between, I m 90% sure u will not have any dandruff..

There is another way, the most effective way. Cut all ur hair( bald). Then use shampoo 3 times a week. 100% sure it will work..

But if u want to use technology to get rid of the dandruff, there is shampoo called T-GEL. Use as directed. It worked for my frnd, should work for u too.

How can i lose dandruff, plz answer.... please read this, its not boring!...?

The best thing you can do is visit your GP (Doctor). He/she will advice you on what to use.

How can i lose dandruff, plz answer.... please read this, its not boring!...?

that is so grotty but i would use selson blue salon it works. You are almost 13 you should be taking a shower every day and scrub your hair really hard

How can i lose dandruff, plz answer.... please read this, its not boring!...?

Hey man....You might think of shaving your head. If that isn't an option, don't wait for two days to wash your hair. Use Head and Shoulders every morning. That will cover you while you are at school. Also use Dove conditioner. It is so freaking cheap (for the quality you will get). Everday my friend.....Everyday.

How can i lose dandruff, plz answer.... please read this, its not boring!...?

Hello, I found a list of good dandruff shampoos online. You might want to go to a doctor to see if you have possible dermatitis/eczema since none of your listed shampoos worked. Anyhow, I hope this helps! Good luck :)

By the way, Selsun Blue does WONDERS for dandruff!

How can i lose dandruff, plz answer.... please read this, its not boring!...?

There is a product called Vosene here in the UK that is good.

I would cut your hair really short and rinse thotoughly with fresh clean water and lots of it, mthis cleared the problem for me.

If the problem then persists you may have a scalp problem that a doctor could reccommend a cure for.

i think it is just a rinsing problem especially with long hair.

Good luck

The best way is to basically scrub your hair while washing. Not a little soft scrub but a rather firm and sturdy scrub. And make sure you are using a good amount of shampoo.

Brad Pitt...?

Leaves his wife for a younger, sluttier type. Inherits kids, adopts more. Has one of his own, gives it stupid name. Dyes hair peroxide blond. Buys a motorcycle and takes up moto cross. Has tattoo done.

Is this the mother of all mid life crises or what???

Brad Pitt...?

You're so right!

It's nothing else than a mid life crisis. In a few years time he will want to go back to Jen, regret his daughter has such a stupid name, regret doing this tatoo (before he wouldn never do it, I guess). Must be Angelina's influence.

Brad Pitt...?

Hey I did all those things! Is that what's happening to me?

Brad Pitt...?

never really thought about it that way! Great question though LOL and most probably true yehh

Brad Pitt...?

hahaha haven't thought about it like that before but I think you could be onto something!

Brad Pitt...?

envy is an admission of inferiority

Brad Pitt...?

No, it sounds like someone who knows how to care, be responsible, and have fun...........

Brad Pitt...?

Um ya no ****...and not to mention how many ****** kids do they plan on adopting ???????? its so ****** stupid i dont care how much money you got ....there is no way you can give that many kids the love and attention they all need..SORRY NOPE dont believe it...

Brad Pitt...?

i think so and poor jen

Brad Pitt...?

Yes, but you would though wouldn't you, I mean if you had to pick a man to do it with, life or death situation, you would pick Bradd Pitt. Or Johnny Depp, certainly not you wife's dad though, that's just plain wrong.

Brad Pitt...?

but he is minted... he can do what the hell he wants!

Brad Pitt...?

He is definitely still in the closet, along with George Clooney. They are partners don't ya know. Biggest untold truth.

Brad Pitt...?

I think he閳ユ獨 閳ユ笀ay閳?and confused about it. Give him a break, he閳ユ獨 just trying to figure out a way to break the news to every girl who is in love with him.

Brad Pitt...?

He's an idiot.

Brad Pitt...?

Who cares. Did he even finish high school?

Brad Pitt...?

Yeh, I think they need to chill out with the 'pick a child from every poor country' thing tho. It's not a competition!

Brad Pitt...?

No

Brad Pitt...?

awww come i do not get what u are trying to imply though he might be what u say he is though but i agreee with dr peas but hes a good guy though i mean he loves kids and as for that other ugly jen she deserved it and she needs a life

Brad Pitt...?

You are not making sense. Angelina Jolie is not what you call her to be.

Brad Pitt...?

ya for sure. brad pitt disgusts me now. i cannot stand him.

Brad Pitt...?

I know what you mean. Give it a few more years and he'll probably end up dating one of his adopted daughters like Woody Allen did.

Brad Pitt...?

No, you forgot Marla

Brad Pitt...?

definately

Brad Pitt...?

I'm going to kick tyler durden's @ss fightclub style!

Brad Pitt...?

I don't understand how any of those things relate to a mid-life crisis. Why do people think that all celebrities have to be one specific way? He is a human being with his own mind and interests and he can do whatever he wants. How is Angelina Jolie a sl ut exactly? I have never heard of her being with multiple men at one time. What is wrong with adopting children who need a home? I don't think Shiloh is a stupid name. What would you prefer? Something boring and cliche like Stephanie or Jennifer? Seems like people will find any excuse to hate when someone seems to be enjoying their life.

Brad Pitt...?

he should never have left jen

Brad Pitt...?

Actually...I think you could be right. After all he was pressuring Jen to have children. He said himself he was getting older and wanted to start a family. Jen said no not now, enter...mid-life crisis. Find a woman who has children, no wasted time there, make another within a year, crisis solved. I can't say much about the other stuff as he is only 43 and that's still young to me. If he were in his 50's or 60's I would question his intentions. Though I do think they are just wrong for adopting more children so quickly. They have barely had time to bond with the ones they have. I am hearing that Brad is getting stuck with a lot of babysitting duty. But he did after all make the fuss about having a family, now he has one.

Brad Pitt...?

I think the real Brad Pitt is coming out!

Brad Pitt...?

You can say that again! He should have stayed with Jennifer and adopted a child called 'Steve' or 'Lucy' ... he sure has rebelled at such an old age! I think the dominatrix sessions are starting to show!

What type of shirts and jeans would look the best on me?

I have a hard time finding clothes that look right. I am 5'7, big boned, I have a large bust and I wear a size 14 to 16 in pants. usually a xl in tops because of the bust. I try really hard to hide my stomach because i am embarrased by it. I have two kids, one a small infant so I have the lower belly pooch. My hair is blonde and shoulder length. Please help. I am tired of jogging pants!

What type of shirts and jeans would look the best on me?

I think high waisted boot cut jeans or straight jeans. Make sure you get a dark blue wash.

Black trousers/slacks from Express. Ask for a worker to help you get the right size and flattering fit.

Invest in a nice trenchcoat (check out victoria's secrets coats, they are gorgeous and come in nice colors, creme, red..etc)

victoriassecret.com

tops, i dont really know about this, I just know you should get something that hits your body right below the bust. That will make you look like you have an hour glass figure.

oh yeah, make sure if you get a buttoned up blouse, get a size larger, so the buttons close. Take it to a tailor and have them take in the sides for you. Usually they have tailors in any store (i know they do at nordstroms/department stores) It'll really be flattering

What type of shirts and jeans would look the best on me?

there are so any flattering figure clothe's at burlinton, and Ross dept. store's for you'r size and shape

What type of shirts and jeans would look the best on me?

what would look good on you is higher waisted straight leg jeans! the ones from old navy or the gap are awesome! and then a baby doll top that is round in the neck and low and is looser and flowy in the mid section!

What would you do????

My SIL and her fiance just had a baby (her 2nd..his 1st) and she doesn't work (now, this is by her own choice...she is perfectly capable). Now, she went and applied for Food Stamps and lied on the app. saying that her fiance isn't home enough to "provide" so they end up giving her $400.00/month on food stamps!!!

they have cable, internet, cell phones, and car payments each month.....but have to have the name brand food, and hair care items, laundry soap, etc.

My question here is......should I turn her in for fraud????

I mean every body else has to go to work and leave their kids with a sitter (her excise for not working is that she doesn't want someone else to raise her kids)...AND we are all paying for her to sit at home and type of her computer and watch her cable!!!!! It's very aggravating to me..I have 2 children of my own but I work (as well as my hubby) evern thought I would LOVE to stay home!!

so....am I wrong to turn her in????

What would you do????

I really wish that there were more people in the world who have the integrity that you do. You are not doing her any favors by allowing her to let her children grow up with a Welfare Mother.

What would you do????

Do it anonymously.

What would you do????

please, we are all paying for her lazy a$$!

then punch her in the grill!

What would you do????

no your not wrong but don't report her, shes a family member

What would you do????

Yes, because for all intensive purposes, you're paying for her laziness.

I say do it anonymously.

I'd love to get help with my food shopping bill, but I have to work for a living.

She's also taking food out of the mouth of families who really CAN'T make their way for right now. If you don't, Karma will get her in the end.

What would you do????

It is not right what she is doing, but how can you turn family in. Daycare centers want approximately $275.00 a week to watch an infant.

What would you do????

NO you aren't wrong! I worked my butt off to get off welfare and foodstamps that I never wanted to be on in the first place, but was forced to when I didn't get my child support! It really infurates me to see so many people abuse the system! Especially people like her, she can get out and work! I didn't want other people to raise my kids either, but didn't have that option! Then to have cell phones, cable and internet too? I believe you can turn her in without giving your name, so yes please do us all a favor and turn them in! don't let them being family stop you, all the abusers are family to someone! Thank you!

What would you do????

I turned my niece in, you know what, she had a BS degree in Economics I help pay for that school and now I have to watch her suck the social services dry? She also had funds from a trust account she laughed at me when I told her "to be a good citizen" WRONG! Poor thing, finally had to go to work and stop all her spa trips. Don't you feel sorry for her?? No, do it!

What would you do????

You should turn her in. I had an aunt via marriage do about the same thing, and you can do it without your identity being known. You are totally not wrong to turn her in. There may be an actual person you know or have not yet met, that truly needs this, and people doing it fradulently are breaking the law. They are stealing from a program designed to help people who do need it.

What would you do????

What she is doing may be wrong, but it always comes back to them. What you want to do is a form of revenge on bad feelings you have toward her.

What would you do????

Turn her in because she is ruining the system with millions of other people! I work hard for my money everyday while millions of lazy (or just dishonest) people abuse the system.

What would you do????

Your sister has made her own bed and must lie in it. Stay out of her bed.

I mean that every body else has to go to work and they leave the kids with the sitter. NO not every body does. Maybe they should but they don't.

She doesn't want someone else raising her children. I wouldn't want others to have to raise my child if I had one but sometimes others have to look after your children but it can be dangerous for there are child abusers. Do you want to read about the children in the obituary column in the newspaper?

Should I turn her in? I don't know if you two are close but you won't be if you do turn her in. If things are bad DON'T make them worse.

What would you do????

Honestly, I don't think this is right. Other people need those food stamps alot more. I definately would turn her in, annoymonously though. My brother is going to have a baby with his wife too, and he is getting money from the government. Why? I don't know. If they both got off their butts and did something they would have money. He now works at my parent's shop but she isn't working. If she did, they wouldn't qualify for the money. Tis is wrong. There are people alot worse off. Sometimes you just have to live with just the necessities and not anything extra. It is apart of growing up.

What would you do????

$400! That's crazy! Please, report her. You might not want to tell your hus, though.

What would you do????

Yes, you need to report this, you don't need to give your name or anything, call from a public phone, don't give lots of details, the person "reporting" this suppostely don't live there....if you give to many details, they will know is a familiy member. Just tell them all the services they have and thet her boyfriend lives with her.

Don't even ask anybody to help you on this, this is a private mission. When she tells the family what happened, pull out your drama queen acting ...be proud of what you did.

You are right, we support these people.....and don't be surprised about her being pregnant from another guy later..............but she'l be on their "system" list.

Hope this doesn't cause them to come and live with you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!be careful!!!!!!!

What would you do????

This is why the system doesn't work.

What is wrong with me?

I鈥檓 a 43 year old man and have fathered 3 kids. At puberty my bones %26amp; muscles never really developed like a normal male nor did I get much acne. I have thinner bones than my mother, father %26amp; brother. At 5'9, I am very thin (~11.75鈥?at bicep) %26amp; have a woman's ring size. I weigh ~146 pounds. I am the tallest male in my family. My arm span exceeds my height by close to 4 inches. I have less body hair than all other men in my family. Head hair recession stopped ~age 26. I鈥檝e had prostate problems (swollen, infections, pain) on %26amp; off for the past 12 years, although it improved since I quit drinking milk ~4 months ago. ~6 years ago I was diagnosed with osteopenia. I also have minor scoliosis. My testosterone level recently measured at 610 (blood test). I have lifted weights for many years but cannot gain significant muscle mass. I only easily gain weight around my abdomen. My bones/muscles look much like a larger version of my 9 year old daughter's body. Endocrine or some other disorder?

What is wrong with me?

You seem to be a normal variant of the human condition. You ought to take some medication for the osteopenia, though.

What is wrong with me?

Possibly Kleinfelter's syndrome.

Question for all you independent, focused, high strung women?

I'm dating a woman like this. she's always on the go. she doesn't slow down one bit. I'm really more laid back. It's also like she tells me all the time "I don't know if things are going to get serious with us, I'm just really busy with my life". I'm like that's cool whatever. Then in the same breath she's begging me to come down and brush her hair and rub her shoulders. It's like she's fighting it. Like she's afraid of what she's feeling like she is going to have to slow down and she really likes me. She's like I'm so busy I have so many things to do...then please come down and lay with me and run your fingers through my hair. So my question is this for all you tough, independent go getter women out there, is she caving but fighting it? seems to be the case. Oh by the way she's drop dead gorgeous but she is also 6'4" and was a professional basketball player. I'm a mere 6'3":) imagine the kids we'd have!

Question for all you independent, focused, high strung women?

lol.yeah, she loves ya but she's fighting it.tell her how much you love her...or better yet show her. ;)

Question for all you independent, focused, high strung women?

What she is doing is taking her time to get close to you and see what you really are all about but at the same time is letting you know that if anything happens that is why. She could be testing you to see if you can put up with a woman like that but at the same time she wants you to see that she likes having you around hence the whole rub my shoulders things. She wants love but is not sure if her life will permit her to have it therefore she asks for those small things like the running your hair through her hair thing. Give it time and show her that the small things really do count.

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted & not appreciated or being appreciated & no

I trying to ask is being rewarded and recognized in a relationship better than being acknowledged and valued in a relationship? If a husband takes you out, makes love to you, helps with the kids and housework (appreciated), but ignores or shun you when its a bad hair day, no make-up on, yard work clothes on (acceptance). Is this better than a husband that listens to you, yearns for you no matter what-even in the good, bad, and ugly moments (acceptance), but never helps in the housework and rarely takes you out (appreciation).

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted %26amp; not appreciated or being appreciated %26amp; not accepted?

Based on that kind of relationship, then I don't accept it at all. Both are EQUAL in their relationship imbalance. Relationships are a balance and I would not TRADE one for the other as I would hope my husband the same.

It is of value importance to have both for any relationship to be successful.

To reward me but not acknowledge me: then get a dog. The dog doesn't mind

To appreciate me but then ignore me: then get a cat, as the cat doesn't want to be paid attention to for more than 10% of the day.

to listen to me but not offer a helping hand is really not listening to me as then you are not hearing that I need a helping hand: Then get a bird as they like that as they do not expect you to help them preen

If you want to do neither, then get a fish. Their only expectation is to feed them and occassionally clean their tank water. Otherwise, they are content with no appreciation praise and no acceptance.

Women need both and to think they could accept just one would be a temporary concession but in the end, they will want it all as we are able to fool our own way of thinking. If one does not give it all to them, they will either cheat with another to get the balance difference or leave the relationship altogether to find one willing to offer the balance of both.

I would think men would want the balance of both too.

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted %26amp; not appreciated or being appreciated %26amp; not accepted?

yes, what you said..

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted %26amp; not appreciated or being appreciated %26amp; not accepted?

I'd take the second one-because he may not realize you want to be taken out-it doesn't sound like a man who is so crazy about you would want to hurt you. So I say the second one-hands down!

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted %26amp; not appreciated or being appreciated %26amp; not accepted?

Sounds like a false choice to me. I'd say both scenarios are probably far from what you need. If both acceptance and appreciation is what you need, then you should look for that. As an aside, someone who truly appreciates you also accepts you, and vice versa.

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted %26amp; not appreciated or being appreciated %26amp; not accepted?

well me i am been accepted but not appreciated and that hurts and i really want to be accepted and appreciated

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted %26amp; not appreciated or being appreciated %26amp; not accepted?

I think both stink, frankly. I want a man who loves me EVERY DAY, and ALL THE TIME, no matter what. He also has to help. I'm not a freaking maid.

So, that's the man I want, and that's the man I have. :)

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted %26amp; not appreciated or being appreciated %26amp; not accepted?

I want him to take me places although I am sort of a home body I like occasional outings. I would also like my husband to notice me when I do something new with my hair I don't have to point it out to him all the time. I would then know that my husband is attracted to me and take notice every once in a while. Also love me when I am at my worst like a bad hair day.

Women which do you consider worse-Being accepted %26amp; not appreciated or being appreciated %26amp; not accepted?

and women think there is something wrong with men.............. this is a fine example of what we have to work with.

For the Mom's..............?

Dear Santa,

I've been a good mom all year. I've fed, cleaned, and cuddled my two children on demand, visited the doctor's office more than my doctor, sold 62 cases of candy bars to raise money to plant a shade tree on the school playground, and figured out how to attach nine patches onto my daughter's Girl Scout sash with staples and a glue gun.

I was hoping you could spread my list out over several Christmases, since I had to write this letter with my son's red crayon on the back of a receipt in the laundry room between cycles, and who knows when I'll find anymore free time in the next 18 years.

Here are my Christmas wishes:

I'd like a pair of legs that don't ache after a day of chasing kids (in any color, except purple, which I already have) and arms that don't flap in the breeze, but are strong enough to carry a screaming toddler out of the candy aisle in the grocery store. I'd also like a waist, since I lost mine somewhere in the seventh month of my last pregnancy.

If you're hauling big ticket items this year, I'd like a car with fingerprint resistant windows and a radio that only plays adult music; a television that doesn't broadcast any programs containing talking animals; and a refrigerator with a secret compartment behind the crisper where I can hide to talk on the phone.

On the practical side, I could use a talking daughter doll that says, "Yes, Mommy" to boost my parental confidence, along with one potty-trained toddler, two kids who don't fight, and three pairs of jeans that will zip all the way up without the use of power tools.

I could also use a recording of Tibetan monks chanting, "Don't eat in the living room" and "Take your hands off your brother," because my voice seems to be just out of my children's hearing range and can only be heard by the dog.

And please don't forget the Playdoh Travel Pack, the stocking stuffer this year for mothers of preschoolers. It comes in three fluorescent colors and is guaranteed to crumble on any carpet making the In-laws' house seem just like mine.

If it's too late to find any of these products, I'd settle for enough time to brush my teeth and comb my hair in the same morning, or the luxury of eating food warmer than room temperature without it being served in a Styrofoam container.

If you don't mind, I could also use a few Christmas miracles to brighten the holiday season. Would it be too much trouble to declare ketchup a vegetable? It will clear my conscience immensely. It would be helpful if you could coerce my children to help around the house without demanding payment as if they were the bosses of an organized crime family; or if my toddler didn't look so cute sneaking downstairs to eat contraband ice cream in his pajamas at midnight.

Well, Santa, the buzzer on the dryer is ringing and my son saw my feet under the laundry room door. I think he wants his crayon back. Have safe trip and remember to leave your wet boots by the chimney and come in and dry off by the fire so you don't catch cold.

Help yourself to cookies on the table, but don't eat too many or leave crumbs on the carpet.

Yours Always,

Mom

If your child is ugly, what would you tell them?

If your ugly why do you get with someone as ugly as you are and have kids? I think one day everyone should just look in the mirror and see what makes them ugly, or pretty in my case. Then find someone that will genetically make there kids look at least presentable. I see all these ugly couples with hobbit looking kids and it just disgust me!

I'm pretty but I decided to get with a ***** so my child can have pretty curly hair and changing color eyes and those beautiful figure 8 bodies those black girls have, and pretty skin.

My daughter is 14 and when we go out in public men stare at her all the time, she's won prom and homecomming queen, cheerleader captain, and I'm pretty sure she'll win the next 3 years. TOO bad people cant think like me and how we can make america look like a more attractive place!

I'm older now and I felt bad about teasing the ugly kids, so here is my perfect plan!

Like Beyonce and Jay-Z she is definintly not thinking about her childrens future!

If your child is ugly, what would you tell them?

I don't know. And it's probably because when people have kids, they think they are beautiful no matter what because they are the spawn of themselves, unless they are adopted, like me :-)~

If your child is ugly, what would you tell them?

My gosh, how shallow can one be!

If your child is ugly, what would you tell them?

how about:why do you ask so many f u c k e d up and retarted questions? did you get pregnant when you were six or something? you said you were 20 and your daughter is 14. oh, you were just probably high off of that weed you stole from your daughter.

We all know why britney shaved her head right?

that drug addict didnt want her kids taken away. because any drug that she took with show up positive on a report, with a merely hair sample. no hair no results. duh. your hair is like a libraby that keeps all of your bodys info. im just saying this because a loser friend of mine wanted to know

We all know why britney shaved her head right?

NO SHE DIDN'T DO IT BECAUSE OF THAT SHE DID IT BECAUSE OF A MOVIE ROLE SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET, BUT DIDN'T END UP GETTING IT.

We all know why britney shaved her head right?

cant we just say she's crazy?

We all know why britney shaved her head right?

Good to know. Thanks for the info.

We all know why britney shaved her head right?

who cares?

she does not deserve the attention she is given, unless she really does something spectacular for new material soon. she is a has been.

We all know why britney shaved her head right?

She did cuz she is loosing her mind and we all know that she needs help, i mean mental help

We all know why britney shaved her head right?

Britney went to waste i remember when everyone thought she was the finest thing and would give any thing to be with her now people wouldn't give two cents for her. i seen those pictures where she accidentally flashed her puss and when i seen it i had to turn my head that thing looked nasty like it ain't been washed in weeks, her stuff probably smell like tuna fish

We all know why britney shaved her head right?

i think she did it becuz of something to show that shes beautiful without hair or something. some spiritual expression or something.i dont know, saw it in her "overprotective" video. (shrug)

How do i deal with this?

Ok i have these 3 guys and 1 girl at school that pick on me everyday!!! Like today the one boy cut my hair. ALOT OF IT!! They make me cry everyday . I can't turn them in beacuse they are popular and i am only simi popluar. so if i turn them in everyone will hate me. (well all the popluar kids). What do i do? I try sticking up for myself and tell them to stop, but then they say "wow look whos in a bad mood today" I just can't take it n-e more!! HELP PLEASE!!! My hair looks like s**t now to.

How do i deal with this?

Put gum in their hair, OJ in their milk, eggs in their locker, pull the chair out as the most popular boy or girl sits down, and then say, "Wow, look who's in a bad mood today". Everyone will laugh... ....at them.

Don't forget to smirk.

I shouldn't be saying this, but...

after all, once they mess with the hair, all bets are off! :)

How do i deal with this?

dont worry thats happeneing to me to.

just ignore them or like.. get them back. haha

How do i deal with this?

Go to a teacher, someone you can trust and let them know what is going on. You have to! Our school has a no bully rule, and you can make a complaint and not give your name, and they promise that it will get addressed! Just let someone know that this person is bullying others. You have too, you may not be the only one.

How do i deal with this?

Tell them , you told me , and that I said that I'll be waiting for them at the corner of the street and beat them up !!!

How do i deal with this?

looks like you have two choices...put up with the harassment (and it will probably go further), and fall into a deeper depression, or turn them in that is, if the school or authorities will actually do something. Deal with the fact that other ppl may not like you. big deal. or you could always talk to your parents about.

Be prayin' for this situation.

How do i deal with this?

Why should you have to care about being popular? It doesn't matter. If they are picking on you and you are tired of it, then you need to do something, because they probably won't stop if you just stick up for yourself. The best thing to do is go to the school counselor. She will really understand what you mean, and will do anything to help you get through this situation. She cares about you. Don't let these bullies run over you and it is okay to get help once in a while because just about everyone needs it. Show those bullies who is boss!

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

I am not saying that gay people look like emo kids. I am bi and I have gay friends and I love them.

I am talking about the guys who wear their hair long and to the side covering half their faces (which I'm sure are pretty faces), then they have eyeliners, and have these bracelets, and this tight skinny pants.

They really give out the gay vibe. I'm almost always going to think they are gay.

(There are guys who look emo but don't have the hair and even if they wear skinny pants, it's the kind (not too tight) that they can still look manly in it.)

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

It is the most ridiculous style I have ever witnessed!! I mean how the hell do they get those pants off after a hot august day of skateboarding??

They look completely idiotic!!!

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

funny you say that but i get the same gay femme not manly feel from black boys that wear baggy cloths

i guess its from working in a prison where if you did that you was considered some other dudes "girlfriend"

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

it doesn't bother me. i think that emo kids have good style, but do look a little gay, or well groomed. but more power to them, it doesn't effect me either way.

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

I won't say they look gay or anything, but I don't like the style.

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

Sure.

I think it`s a bit like the new romantics in that aspect, except the new romantics were a lot more fun and stylish and had a sense of humour.

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

All I have to say is that girls pants on a guy must be oppressive. Never tried the look, so I guess I'll have to give the emo kids kudos for bravery.

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

Emo guys can be a little girly.......

Do you think that those guys who sport the emo look, well, look gay/femme/not manly?

They don't look gay to me! I'm a straight girl and love them! They make me smile.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

I hate being a black woman. I hate my nappy hair that I have to pay $200 to get braided or done. I hate it that all the guys always look at and only want the light skinned girls while I get ignored. This hurts when it is other dark men ignoring me. One guy told me he would never have kids with a dark women because he didn't want dark kids. I feel ugly because of my flat nose and other features that are black. I have low self esteem because I was teased as a child constantly and called horrible names like poop skin, darky, monkey, etc.

Why does it have to be so hard? I wish I could have long straight hair and lighter skin just so that maybe once someone would notice me and actually be interested in dating me. I also have to deal with the rest of society that expects me to 'act' black even though I don't like the way that other blacks act. I just want to be accepted for who I am, but it isn't happening.

Am I alone or is there someone else that understand?

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

I know how you feel. When I was younger I was insulted all the time because of my features. Such treatment really affected by self esteem and I became very reclusive. As I grew older I opened up and was able to date and now I'm married. I really don't think you're alone in this matter. A lot of black girls have to put up with this crap but you can use this to become a stronger person. You should just be yourself. Surround yourself with people who accept you for you and learn to love who you are. You don't have to let people's insults penetrate, you can choose to believe you're beautiful and highly valuable. In God's eyes you are highly valuable so don't let any man or woman tell you different.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

Racist Faker. Report It

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

You need to get off that sh-it, yall people just be making up stories like its yall job r something lol

You are NOT a Black woman ! lol

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

You're Alone, and you aren't black.

Above is a clone :)

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

lmfao...IS this for real? sorry for laughing but i think this is ALL FAKE...FAKER!!!!!!!!!

but if your being serious then you only have ONE LIFE to live so stop your nonsense %26amp; accept yourself cause you might be able to get surgery to change all the negative things BUT remember inside your still black...embrace yourself...

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

POST EDITED:

I know this was written by a RACIST... The reason I know is because I have NEVER seen a black women talk like this, even in the privacy of her own home. And to me, if a black person was sooo devastated by the way they looked they would NOT have an avatar look like what they hate. :0/

To this make believe person - cheer up, chocolate cup ;0)

Black is Beautiful and Strong:

In the words of James Brown: I'm Black and I'm Proud. :0)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2VRSAVDlp...

So no, it's not horrible being a black women. And it never will be. Black women have always been beautiful. Too bad some people are only now seeing that :0)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsPVWaYZl...

I wouldn't change my color for the world! As always, my uniqueness is what has made me beautiful.

We really need to stop the racism on here and just start seeking the best in one another. This is a very ignorant and childish problem in America, derived from fear, self-loathing and insecurity.

It needs to stop.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

Lets say this is a real question or statement, the real answer is BE BLACK AND BE PROUD. You have nothing to prove to anyone else. You are who you are, nothing is changing that, and why would you want to be something your not. Good luck, love yourself,

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

I understand where you coming from but I'm a light skin black woman and I don't have straight hair at all but I want to be Ethiopian because they have pretty dark skin with straight hair.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

Contrary to what many of the other responders are saying, I think this is a sincere question. Tyreni, lots of young people have self esteem issues, regardless of their race or other attributes. Hang in there. It gets easier as you get older. You are not alone.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

I think its just you. Regardless of what race you really are, you still need help.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

Black women are some of the most beautiful creatures on the Earth. What about the white women's flaws? Ever looked at them? We have quite a few.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

What matters most is your opinion of yourself. If you feel like you are above extreme attractive then no one elses judgements will matter.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

Oh sweetheart, you have got to learn to Love yourself. I say this because God made you the way he wanted you( Perfect in his own image) . I am by no means ignoring the fact that you may be in pain but you Have to get past your skin color and flat nose. You need to realize the wonderful things about yourself, everyone has something good about themselves. Being a Black woman is a Wonderful thing on many different levels. Whose stronger than us ? I hate that you don't like Your, as you call it (nappy hair) , you seem full of negativity and this is probably due to your life's experiences , but because you are who God made you , make the best of it , embrace your Dark rich black skin , embrace your kinky hair , life could be a lot worse, you could have been born mute or handicapped, there are people that would trade having functioning body parts for your dark skin. Don't for one minute believe that there is no one out there for you, there's someone for everyone. I hope you know that . Please hold your head high and see the beauty in you, God made you who you are a Beautiful, black woman, Love you first and others will follow.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

I am a white male my girl friend is black we are hopelessly in love and plan to mary.so don't put your self down i think black females are sexy and i am jellous i wish my hair wasent straight.I can't even tan i am so white.lol

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

"Black is beautiful"

It matters much more who you are on the inside. Forget about those guys who are looking only for the pretty girls and don't care who are those girls on the inside. Be proud that you didn't waste your time with them, and they missed such a nice person like you are.

This is stereotyping to think, that light skin people are happier and have less personal problems than any other people.

Be proud of yourself and don't idealize light color

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

The guy who said Black women were the least desireable women in the wolrd-has OBVIOUSLY not been around the world. Black women are definately the most pursued/desired in Europe and Africa, and Australia (desired), there arent that many Blacks in Australia though, thats why they see you as exotic.

Black women are only the least likely to get married and the least desired in AMERICA (I kind of doubt that though)

But, Black women are very beautidul and exotic, please dont feel down, alot of people go through this, you shouldnt be feeling this way. Please go to Europe, bring some friends have fun!

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

im sorry that you dont appreciate the features that god gave you, but whoever said tat being black is bad?

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

If you're really a Black woman, this post is rather pathetic. Self hatred is not attractive on anybody. If you're not a Black woman, this post is still pathetic. You need to find better things to do with your time.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

I agree with you for the most part. You need to move to a bigger black community.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

I take personal offense to this, because I think any black person on this earth, including myself, would fall into the pathetic category if we were to ever think that we're anything less than royalty. I mean, history says it all, LOOK where we came from! I dont mean to sound AFROcetric, but sweety black IS beauty.....I mean have you ever taken a look at the caucasian race and noticed how they are willing to cut their lives short with cancer, just to get their skin to look slightly like ours. Have you even looked at that. Or if you ever watched TV, you NEVER see a pale white body builder or model, they're all (even the whites) colored! whether sprayed and oiled or tanned. BLACK is beauty sweet heart! and its about time you've realized this and get the f@ck up off your knees and stand tall and proud for the skin that GOD has BLESSED you with. This here is real, shawty. One.

And let me also add that black women are THE most strongest women that GOD has ever built. Black women put with more sh@t than any woman I've ever met. Their sound as steel and are the only women that I've ever known to STAND by the man's side instead of behind him, while at the same time, will follow a strong black man's lead. And if it'll make you feel better, I've only dated, and made love to black women....no other race comes close. Im sorry.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

Self-hatred in blacks has been going on for centuries now and it is still quite prominent in our community.

We aren't smart enough.

We're not rich enough.

We're not pretty enough.

We're not this.

We're not that.

It's been rammed into our heads over and over again, even by other black people.

I think we all need to stop trying to conform to European standards. We need to realize that we're very different from them and that it's a damn good thing that we are. We need to stop trying to be something we're not. We need to stop lightening our skin. We need to stop straightening our hair. We need to stop looking in the mirror and wishing our hair was longer and our skin was lighter.

We need to start loving ourselves.

Note: That's a collective "We". I'm already quite in love with my dark skin, fully lips, and kinky hair.

Now it's your turn.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

You are not black and an official loser.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

Agrees very much with Adonis B.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

hahaha nice try. I'm reporting your troll @$$!!!!!

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

if this is a honest question i will say this

u are beutifal no matter what anybody says to u . u just havent found the right person yet and no its not horrible to be a black women

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

You're an obvious troll.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

Yes, from my observation the black woman is the least desirable woman in the world. I've been all over the US and talked, worked and lived with all sorts of people, and one thing I noticed, none of them would go out with a black girl. most black girls have attitudes and are ghetto. A lot of men would have sex with a black girl, especialy the "redbones" but not go out with one. Your best bet is bleach your skin, rihnoplast. The black woman is equal to the asian man in the sexy scale.

Is it horrible to be a Black Woman?

As a male I can see where you are coming from.

I, or my friends, don't %26amp; won't date black girls.

Apart from the looks factor, their overall loud behavior is a deterrent to me.
