WHY I DO NOT WANT A FAKE HAIR COLOR/MUCH MAKEUP(EX. COVERUP):

i was an exchange student for 6 months and i landed myself in a narcistic family with two beautiful girls who hardly ever wore makeup but always looked stunning...

and the entire family(including the PARENTS)called me ugly and insulted me for wearing so much makeup and for having acne and bleaching my hair...i want to show them up!!!

also...

i used to be teased a lot in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade esp because i was so ugly. even little kids would run away from "the monster" and people would use me to do their homework and for candy etc. =( so those are my reasons.

i am 17.

And I really like your eyes. They're really pretty. The only thing wrong with your face if your acne but that will go away in a few years because it's probably just hormones.

edit: I agree with the person above me. Grow out your hair and dye it the natural color. You will be really surprised how hair can change your whole image.

for cover up is the best

I can't think of who but your reminding me of some actress from some older movie (could be anywhere from the 60s-80s) maybe it was Disney or something but you look like the girl that was in it. (I'm sure what movie it would be but i do know it was before I was born), i am NOT saying you look old either! but lay off the mascara, it got gooey and made your lashes clump up.

wow, you have gorgeous eyes and a beautiful smile!! and ur overall face shape/bones are very pretty. I dont know wut you are talking about that you might not be pretty (ur not average, ur above average).

Also u shouldnt worry about these superficial things just because they put so much emphasize on it in the west. Physical beauty is an artifical creation of social phenomenon and has nothing to do with anything. Today, certain features are found attractive, tommorrow other features might be attractive. (Eg. 50 years ago, a figt women's body was chubby, however, today it has to be super slim body).

If the parent's are insulting you, then it has to do with them being narcistic and can not withstand someone who is beautiful not only from outside, but also from inside. Or simply because they have some personal integral issues associated with their own personalities and shortcomings.

Also there are bigger issues to worry about. For example, children in Africa are being brutally tortured with famine and here we worry about superficial physical features and worry what others think?

To summurize, you are extremely beautiful and yet even greater beauty remains inside to be discovered by the special one. Then physical beauty doesn't matter. (even the girls who you say are pretty will lose their physical attractivenss in a few years). Take care.

ur eyes are beautiful the only matter is of ur hair, let them grow long and dye them of a natural color that u think would sui you and as for the acne these happen in teens its normal just dont eat oily food and drink lots of water.In a few days after a new look ur friends and others will never say u r ugly anymore :)

I think you have very lovely eyes..pleasant even features,if you feel you must do something,your hair could be longer ,and cut to better frame your face and give balance,however I think you look just fine in those pictures. your a rather pretty girl ,and I think you just need more confidence rather than doing much to your appearence.

Well i don't see any ugly in the face that is looking at me! You are beautiful! You don't need any makeup or change of hair color at all. ok... so actually, Proactive does work, for an amount of time... it wont work forever. I use stuff from europe (poland) and they WORK! i mean, i dont have horrible acne (neither do you) but it works on pop-ups. :] ... hmm.... liquid foundation.. then use a bronzer over that... dont use a pink pink blush (cuz u have reddish hair) use like a brown-red. then get MAC eyeliner (the best) and the really thin brushes for mascara. get a really cute simple-but-defining hair cut. like maybe layered in the front and little layering in the back. dont bleach your hair, it ruins it, dyeing it is better. in a natural blonde, but i dye my hair light brown. my friend bleaches it and her hair is falling out :/
